One of the main principals of Consolidated Insurance is Paul Schafer, a dedicated insurance professional and active in the motorsports community. His industry experience and family history is synonymous with insurance in Indiana. Paul still works directly with his clients and focuses on the future growth of the firm by helping emerging markets or ones that have experienced difficulties in the past.

Paul is a board member of the Indiana Motorsport Association, past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Indiana, member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and an active member of the American Business Club (Past President).

His introduction into motorsports began in 1997 and his insurance career began in 2004. This combination has created the experience that is needed to be a perfect field representative.

Adam has also been involved in entertainment, operations and business ownership in motorsports. His expertise also includes environmental and the transportation industry.

Mike Deer, a 30 year veteran in the motorsports insurance industry is a real asset to any team. Mike is also the industries foremost expert with “On Track Coverage.” His motorsports goes beyond experience, as a pioneer in this industry and obvious passion for the sport, he is our team leader.
